The group is looking for undergraduate research assistants who are interested in exploring interdisciplinary topics (e.g., data science, energy, and insurance). No research background in atmospheric sciences is necessary, but we expect candidates to have solid skills in Python programming. All the current openings are paid positions.
Successful candidates for this group usually have solid academic backgrounds in physical and computational sciences. Our group has no recruitment plan for Fall 2025. We recommend applicants motivated by intellectual curiosity or social responsibility to consider other faculty in the department.
We also welcome potential post-doctoral scholars who are looking for a sponsor for applying for the following postdoctoral fellowships:
The group has an operation guide that outlines expectations for mentors and mentees. Interested applicants can ask for a copy as a reference.
